Enrolled here new for my Family members on our arrival from living in Auckland. Was given a very welcoming experience and pleasant Reception by staff member. Also I was given excellent reviews by other family members and friends.
The staff at reception are the real heroes who keep everything running smoothly and everyone happy. They are true customer service gurus. I know they have to put up with some tough customers but they almost always have a smile on their faces and can bring one to yours too! At $19 for a doctors visit it is well worth having moved to this practise. The new premises are modern and clean and spacious with the dispensary within the main building. Very happy with my doctor too.
These doctors work beyond their Duty of Care. They are very passionate and care a lot for their clients. And as do the office staff 5+ stars for the lifetime service you have all given a lot of families whom have grown within the area Thank You Maraenui Medical Centre.
Wonderful doctors + nurses but one newish blonde receptionist is not great at all. I had an infection at bone level & doc wanted to check it out before sutures were removed, also had another thing to see him about. I turned up early as usual but that receptionist gave my appointment to a man who missed his appointment by 15 mins. Receptionist told me I would see the nurse instead. I waited 45 mins, couldn't wait any longer so I ended up going home & taking sutures out myself.
