Great people to deal with. Built us a mattress topper for our motorhome bed which was a comfort game changer for us. Several of our motorhome friends have used them for these excellent toppers. They are fantastic and I totally recommend them. Was really worried when I saw they had closed the Napier factory store but they are back up a running in Havelock North by the old mushroom farm.
We live in Wellington and ran into another motorhomer in the far north who had had a bed made by Bay Bed Makers and he was very satisfied so we gave them a call and were happy to travel to Napier for a couple of nights while they measured and made up a new 3 piece zipped mattress for our motor home. They are a very friendly and family operated business that go the extra mile to please. We are sleeping so much better in our motor home now. Thanks guys

We cannot think Michael and his team enough, we waited too long to replace our super king, don't make the same mistake! From design to sleep demo they were able to turn around a bespoke product in 3 weeks we chose the Opulence and the base had 2 drawers from the end not the sides and the slat frame lifted up like an east west caravan for further storage. My wife had a different softness setting than me so they were able to accommodate that with two separate mattresses zipped together. I cannot recommend highly enough, thank you Bay bed makers.
We were visiting Napier as we had been referred to Bay Beds for a mattress for our new Motorhome. On arrival they listened to us and our concerns regarding the current mattress it came with. We were satisfied with their comments that were very honest and professional, so we booked it in. Had a great experience dealing with Bay Beds in Napier. Mike and Leticia were wonderful to deal with and even gave us a courtesy call to make sure all was well. Our new mattress for the caravan is giving us a great nights sleep. Would highly recommend them if you are looking at upgrading your caravan/motorhome mattress.
Bay Beds made us the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on for our Boat. It was hand crafted to fit our boat design and using their expertise we were able to create a larger bed within the space. This has been the best investment in a bed we have ever made. We are now coming back to have new beds made for at home. Although our top-of-the-line Sleepyhead bed is only 3 or 4 years old, it has been hugely disappointing in terms of comfort levels. Thankfully, Bay Beds guarantee the comfort of their beds and they offer so many options to individualise the bed to your personal requirements. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive. And by the way, they are such very nice people to deal with and have a huge wealth of knowledge.
