We are totally thrilled with our new roman blind. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the joins in matching the drops are faultless. Not the essiest to pattern match with a very detailed fabric and we appreciate the precision.
From the consulting to the installation the whole package is professional, so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for our beautiful blind, it's like a work of art.

The boutique looks beautiful and colourful with some interesting interior pieces. The selection of fabrics is excellent, but further in you can openly see the less appealing workshop. And now we get to the point where this boutique,in my opinion, deserves no more than two stars. I came in shortly on my walk on a beautiful winter day to have a browse, and saw they were selling decorative ribbons and cords one might want to use for curtains. I was helped by a member of staff and picked out a cord that would suit my needs. I was told, even before returning to the counter, that is was sold by minimum of one meter. Which is truly of no consequence, as the cord was mere 15 NZD, but was presented to me in a manner suggesting I really needed to know this in case I wanted to change my mind before the staff member could be bothered to take it all the way to the counter. At the counter the staff member began uncoiling the cord, and we could both see plainly that the cord had masses of thick glue residue. I actually had to point this out as the stuff member was getting ready to measure. The reply I had was shocking. I was told that the boutique would purchase leftovers in order to be able to sell the items cheaply to the customers, and this was to be expected. It seems selling defected wares is within their scope of operation, as long as they are doing the customer a favour. Now this is not a bargain shop, but it does come across as one by this explanation. I made my excuses in order to refrain from the purchase and left the premises disappointed. I shan't be returning.
