   Best vets I've come across and ive lived all over they really care for our pets they also work with paws who offer some free services like eye surgery for my girls discounted desexing $80 for a female awesome caring team here thank yous so much we travel from rotorua all the time it's worth it soca also had free vaccinations set up at the tokoroa vets today awesome people

   I took my boy blue in we paid 800 upfront for 24 hour care turns out my boy wasn't being looked after my poor baby boy was by himself all night even when he was really sick they wouldn't even bring a phone in there to talk to my boy I left my boy thinking they would take care of him if I knew they didn't look after him at all I would never go there my poor baby boy is dead now and they knew Hamilton had 24 care they just wanted the money the are completely money hungry they don't care about the animals my poor baby boy suffered alone and when we went to pick my boy up the man who brought him out was very nasty he has no compassion what do ever he even had a smirk on his face I would describe him as the devil himself they didn't take care of my boy and they won't take care of yours think twice before going here I'm completely lost in this world without my boy blue I miss him so much I love you blue my poor baby boy I'm so sorry. if you want your dogs taken care of they need to go to Hamilton where they are really 24 hours unlike these vets who said they were just to get the money if they knew this wasn't the best option they should have told me straight away so I could rush my boy to Hamilton but all they care about is the money and they wanted the money I would of took my boy to Hamilton vet not matter the cost money is nothing compared to a life

   I would like to thank ROCHELLE JAGER. I called after hours number coz my fur baby was unwell. Met with Rochelle at the vets and she did EVERYTHING she could to try help my girl and her pain. We made the most difficult decision but it was the best decision for Nala. Rochelle was really helpful and kind and I appreciate everything she did

   I can’t thank this vet service enough. They saw my cat during lockdown and then about a month later. Kept me informed both times. Referred us to a specialist after laying out the potential options and costs. Their interpretation of the X-ray was on the money. Sympathy card was very touching. Never in any doubt that they did all they could for my cat.
