I brought some ear cleaner for $60 odd from 3 Stone,I then priced the very same article for $33 at another vets.I gave 3 Stone the ability and courtesy to address this large price disparity via email.It however seems that they're not that interested in explaining why they charge so much over other vets,hence this post.It appears the ol fingers in the ears and ignoring difficult questions is part of their business strategy.Making a profit is fine,but not to this extent,and you have proved my point by opting for the "make no reply and he'll just probably go away"option.This is a very strange business model and people will eventually wake up to your overly zealous product pricing.I encourage people to take due care with purchases from this business as it's only a quick phone call to make sure you're not being treated like an idiot with a wallet who wants the best for their pet.
My fluff ball, has no problems going to see the Girls at 3 Stones they are her friends! They are incredibly kind to both her and I. Very understanding and so very knowledgeable. I fully trust them in knowing that she is in excellent hands. She stayed at their newly opened Cattery for 5 nights. She's never stayed in a Cattery before. Came home very chilled and relaxed. Thankyou for looking after my girl.
So glad I found this vet practice! The staff and super friendly and compassionate and went above and beyond to help my little dog after a not so very good experience with another vet practice while he was extremely unwell over the weekend. Honestly worth the drive from Hamilton, this vet is extremely clean and calm feeling. Will highly recommend this practice to others. Thank you so much for your help.

Fantastic! Amazing people, very lovely and they walk through every step with you. Very affordable and they also have multiple payment options for those who have difficulties with money. They are now our permanent vets and we live in Cambridge. 110% would recommend and have done!
Always go here to get my dog groomed by diana.shes amazing and he always leaves happy and like a different dog. Highly recommend
