Great service, was able to call up and book an appointment for my dog that afternoon. Vets are awesome takes extreme care for the animals health.definitely recommend they are very helpful.
I'd just like to write this review and let people know what a caring vet Morrinsville Vet Clinic is. We have dealt with Robert and he has gone above and beyond in his care for my elderly Dad's much loved dog. I'm from out of town and Robert has called and messaged me regularly to keep me in the loop about what is going on. He really cares about Dad's pooch and how Dad is managing with her. I'm so grateful to them for their ongoing care and the way they communicate with family. Super friendly and caring. Highly recommend as a Vet that cares for all.
Exceptional team of veterinary professionals. Had an acute issue with our cat recently and was impressed by the exemplary level of care, compassion, skills and leading edge resources. They threw everything at our cat in an attempt to give her every chance of recovery - nothing was spared. Special mention to Rachelle, Tracey, Annelise, Robert and Oscar - you were amazing. Thank you.
Prices seem quite expensive for the level of service given and the quality of care provided compared to what is available from other vets. Found the nurse Rachel quite rude and abrupt. Might try Anexa next time instead.

Firstly I would like to say how amazing the Vetranarians and Vet nurses are here, so caring and really take the time to look after our animals,5 stars. But since merging with the other vets, I have found the new front desk person Rachel quite rude to deal with, which has actually made me hesistant on returning. I have also spoken with one other person who also has the same problem with her. Hopefully this changes.
Very impressed with vet Charlotte's treatment of my nervous little Papillion. Turned out to be the best visit she has ever had to any vet's in all her years in Tauranga Hamilton and now in Morrinsville . Then to get a surprise follow up call which was very helpful and encouraging. Thank you from Panda and I.
