“I am a first time mum, and felt overwhelmed by all the brands and what I actually really needed. I sent an email with all I was looking for, and had a reply immediately from Kate, extremely helpful, guiding me to navigate through what would suit us best (not pushy or telling us the most expensive one was best etc) Answered my million questions and we put together a large bundle which we finally went in and paid for yesterday, after Kate going above and beyond with speedily emailing back then spending the time explaining and demo'ing in store. I also love that you can get everything you need from the same shop and there is no pressure, and expert advice, especially on carseats and prams, we learned so much and you can tell Kate knows her stuff and is happy to share any information you ask for. This will be my main shopping spot for all things baby and toddler. Thank you Baby City and thank you Kate. I had also been in a previous 2 times just to look and not buy and the other 2 ladies I met were also friendly and welcoming even though I wasnt ready to purchase yet. The store itself is clean, easy to move around, not cluttered and well organized.”

You may find some brand new products too. There are almost all products including clothes, furniture, books, homewares, jewelry and so on. As you purchase here 1.Indirectly donating for charity and hence many needy people will be helped. 2 Encourages Reuse, consequently less pollution to environment Also, it is good platform for doing volunteer jobs. There are many dedicated volunteers including Samuel and Nia. Similarly, a very supportive shop manager - Guneet will help you at any time.”
