A very pleasant place to shop ..everyone is friendly and helpful..I have been shopping there for many years ..IfCaroline Eve hasn't got it , I don't need it ..
Non existent customer service. Popped in Saturday afternoon with my friend. The 2 staff continued their conversation across the store the whole time we were there. No greeting, no interest at all. Absolutely shocking!
Went into look at dress that caught my eye Staff member gave me the impression I couldn't afford it Not good experience
First off, I need to say I hate shopping for clothes, I'm a total cow and not nice when clothes shopping. I rate Caroline Eve five star, they're patient, tolerant and incredibly helpful and I honestly appreciate them so much for putting up with me. I never leave Caroline Eve unsatisfied, they're wonderful, their stock is great and the staff are beyond amazing. It truly is the best women's clothing shop in the country and I am determined that I will eventually come to love clothes shopping, and if I do, it's because of the Caroline Eve ladies, certainly not because of me.
