The fire alarm went off twice during our visit, so we had to evacuate each time — obviously annoying for everyone, but totally out of the staff’s control. They followed protocol and managed the situation calmly and professionally, especially considering many of the team looked quite young. Big credit to them. Surprisingly, they even gave us a 10% discount, which they didn’t have to do since the issue wasn’t their fault. It was a nice gesture and appreciated by the whole group. The food has definitely improved since I was last here a couple of years ago, which was great to see. Service was spot on too — friendly, attentive, and efficient. All in all, a good experience given the circumstances. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. Will definitely be back.”
