She was super friendly and helpful, made great suggestions and took the experience from “grabbing takeout” to an enjoyable dine in meal. Can’t rate her highly enough - top customer service!!

   We ordered as a takeaway and have gotten donburi bowls before that were delicious. For some strange reason our Katsu and Teriyaki bowls both had a lot of BBQ Sauce, which completely ruined the meals. Everything else was delicious.

   I ordered uber eats from EGG’D which pita pit makes. The smoothie was watery! And the bread was hard. Idk if it was almost going off. I did the fast option paying an extra $2 but it wasn’t fast at all. Tbh I had to throw it out. If I could, I would just take my money back. The box that the burger came in didn’t even have the egg’d sticker on it as advertised. Pmo

   First time trying pita pit. Will not be back. Staff member at kahikatea drive branch was sullen, unprofessional, impatient and seemed obvious that she did not want to be there. The pita was cold (asked for toasted) mostly salad and 3 pieces of chicken. Tasteless, soggy and unpleasant to eat.

   The lady was rude, I rushed because I felt like I couldn't take time to order. Food was bland, the wedges were cooked nice bacon was burnt the pita was just lettuce not alot of the other ingredients. Smoothie was started splitting, just tasted like flavored water. She seemed like she didn't want to be working there. Terrible service . Can't see myself going back there
