They take great pride in the food that they produce and it is always super fresh, so tasty and we always leave feeling satisfied. This is one of those places that looks quiet and non descript from the outside-when what it is, is a hidden gem and more people should lining up to try this awesome food.”

“Very thorough tour, with an awesome insight into the history of the Good George story. Lots of sampling opportunities and a explanations of the process that happens behind the scenes. We followed up with some good food and a pint at the finish. Such a cool thing to do with visitors to the Tron and locals alike. Highly recommend getting a group together and doing this!”

“We were in Te Aroha visiting the hot pools and decided we wanted to go somewhere for lunch. I googled lunch stops, and this place popped up. It was such an amazing recommendation!! From the moment we arrived we were really impressed with the cafe/restaurant. The building itself is beautiful, and the dining area is so large and pretty. The tables are beautiful, solid wood, and the chairs are very comfy. We loved the atmosphere!! Straight away, the service was amazing. We were seated, served our drinks and and food within 20 minutes. They had a great kids menu with delicious options - the menu can be coloured on and has some fun activities too! Our meals were delicious - I highly recommend the chicken flat bread! I shared it with my mum, and it was a huge portion. The meal arrived fresh and hot, and the chicken was so tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. My husband ordered the steak sandwich and loved the flavors. We shared some deserts from the cabinet - and I can say the custard square was so yummy! Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful! Would 1000% recommend coming here for lunch! It's a beautiful spot inside and outside.”

They cost me $25, which was reasonable given the amount I got (the gap in pic was because we'd indulged before snapping the pic). Agreed with the other reviewers, a perfect place for a quick scrumptious takeaway, and the owners were also courteous and friendly!”

“Phoned to see if they were playing the Warriors and Candice who answered the phone had an amazing welcoming voice so we called in and had such a fun time watching the Warriors even though we lost.
