“My wife and two of my daughters and I had lunch here. It is a lovely restaurant, nice, friendly staff and the food is of a high quality, extremely well presented, and delicious. Wife + Daughters loved the place and declared it a new favourite. I also enjoyed the food as well but not as immensely as they. The reason is because while the food is very high quality and delicious, I personally found it a little (just a tiny bit) watered down to cater for western tastes. I am not saying it is not authentic, just not quite as layered in its flavouring as you find in some other Chinese restaurants. If you look at the photos you will see that the food is high quality, but you can also probably also tell it is lightly flavoured. The only chilli sauce offered is a sweet chilli sauce that looks just like what you get from a bottle at home. I asked for some chilli oil and got some, but it was fairly bland. Edit: I have since done my research on Shanghai style cooking which apparently has an emphasis on sweetness, lightness, and freshness. So my comments on 'watered down' may be awry, it may simply be that I prefer a more robust regional style of Chinese cooking and this restaurant is offering a genuinely Shanghai style. This style may be influenced by the 100+ years Shanghai was a western entrepot to China.”

PIZZA BROS favours a pizza‑first mix with clear flavours. Service stays present without fuss. Portions are generous yet well judged. Value feels fair for the quality. Meals reach the pass promptly.

Mark handled the customer service and couldn't be more professional, first class Mark ask for a pay rise. Doug operated the truck and crane. He easily positioned a 20' container up a driveway, over a house, then between 2 houses with only inches to spare on each side. If you've got a tricky Hiab or crane job... ask for Doug. “Might have already posted a review, apologies if I have. It's unlikely to be much different if I did though. I've been going to Curry King for longer than the current owners have been there, longer than the current name... at least sixteen years. Occasionally as much as twice a month, but more usually probably about once every three months or so. If I ever win lotto it'd be a lot more though! I can still honestly say it's my favourite Indian restaurant in Hamilton, and also that they have NEVER disappointed us. At WORST, we've tried a new dish that sounded great, and tasted pretty good, but turned out not to be quite what we felt like having after all. So more of 'an us problem' for sure. I now can't bring myself to eat Indian at a mall foodcourt because I know it'll only disappoint me after knowing Curry King quality. Guaranteed to make me hungry if I think about it for too long. Like now, dammit.”
