   Brought tires and had them fitted from them. Went to a mechanic because my car was making a noise and wheel would wobble, told I was missing 2 wheel nuts from the front tire right next to each other. So dam dangerous!! I called spoke to the lady Stacey she was so unbelievably rude. Zero accountability or understanding of how dangerous that is. Denied it was them said they could have just fallen off. No dam way not next to each other on the same wheel and use fitted my tires !!

   Very rude and unfriendly! We went there to buy a new side mirror (just the glass). That should cost used 95$ + GST. Since we have no idea, we wanted to ask if it is a normal price, because on the Internet it was cheaper. So we explained that we saw it cheaper online and before we could finish he put the mirror back and pretended we weren’t there anymore. We apologized for misunderstanding and told him that we just wanted to ask if it was a fair price. He just says unkindly that we should then order it online somewhere else. We live in a van so I said that unfortunately this is not possible and we would buy it in store. From then on, he completely ignored us. We were confused and asked him if we can still buy it. He just said „No you should go somewhere else“ very rude!

   I was on the phone with Nissan king and went in to the store was told they had the part i was looking for both hamilton and chch was told yes we have the the part $195+gst i get put on hold by the guy in chch then told sorry dont have the part seriously. You either have the part or you dont!!!!!!.

   They probably are good, but we wanted a radiator told 3 times we had the right one, drove 40 ks to find it was the wrong one. So we took it back grrrr. Then the manifold didn't go in, needed work done on that extra 300 dollars. Given up on Nissin King. We can cope without them.

   Customer service was severely lacking. All on phones and no one greeted you, not even "hi, we'll be with u in a minute" It initially felt like walk-ins were an inconvenience. Once we were helped, it was good, the guy was good and helped us. We noticed that the price we were provided on the phone from them the day before was inaccurate as they didn't mention it was plus GST, which certainly does make a difference.
