My grandparents purchased outdoor furniture from this store - they liked the look and style and that it wasnt too light. Within 7 months of owning the furniture has rusted in multiple places. After contacting lifestyle furniture we were advised to contact this email address and there was no person who would talk to us over the phone about this issue and the store we purchased from also could not assist in dealing with this. Response from lifestyle furniture claiming that the outdoor furniture was powder coated aluminium and it was of good quality. Crazy how magnets stick to the powder coated aluminium and as rust is a form of iron oxide powder coated aluminium shouldnt rust! No idea what they are talking about and also no knowledge of the quality of their own products..... Communication has been slow and we have been back and forth with them for well over a month now...........Expecting a full refund but we shall see!

I have purchased my recliner set and Store Manager personally helped me in the selection of right product for me. I got delivered my product as promised before Diwali. I am impressed with tracking system of my delivery. Coming back to purchase my bedroom set, just purchased new house. Comparing with market these guys have best value for money than ifurniture and furniture Now.
Brought a Faro Lounge Suite consisting of 3 seater , 2 seater and 1 seat in November 2021, We found that after 6 months the Lounge Suite (all 3 items) no longer gave the same support and comfort while sitting in them for periods over 1 hour, sometimes it felt like you were sitting on the frame of the chair, we made a complaint in June/July via their website and got no response, I then started emailing them, the Hamilton store finally sent someone out to look at the Lounge suite and they have now said "Warranty does NOT cover consequential or incidental damages. Foam and Fillings will be softened and some displacement can be experienced over time this is not deemed as a fault and does not cover under warranty" . We weren't complaining about the Foam and Fillings we were complaining about the support from Spring System. I am now following up with a Citizen Advice Bureau and other Consumer Advocates as we feel this is covered under the 'Consumer Guarantees Act'. I will never again buy from this company or recommend hem to anyone, their lack of Service and Care is terrible, and no one from the company puts their name on emails they send.
I had a great experience buying my recliner set from this place. Good value for money and very knowledgeable staff who guided me throughout the process of buying which helped me to secure the right product for my lounge.
