After not replying to her for a few days the following week she called to touch base which was great because then we were able to book my car in for a full service and was accommodating to my needs, preference and date/times I was available. “Don't do Google reviews, but wanted to give these guys 5 stars for not doing a wheel alignment. They put two new tyres on and then cost themselves the extra by letting me know I had wheel play issues to sort before a wheel alignment would be of any use. WouId like to give them the work but don't live in Rangiora, so thanks team, appreciate the advice.”

“Being disabled with Oesteoarthritis I rely on good honest tradesman to work on my property when needed,When I needed a new insinkerator I had tried several firms who wanted to charge me travel time on top of quote and when I saw the ad on TV for Laser Plumbing I though wow they wont want a little job like this but suprise suprise they did and a couple of days later a friendly young man attended our address and promptly installed our new insinkerator.Had a minor problem with a part but resolved it without hassle and now we have a working insinkerator and a happy wife. Even though Ben had a drama unfolding at his own home, he dropped everything and came and inspected our hot water cylinder. He ordered one for us and Tom came round and fitted it the following day. “Wow how to summarize my amazing experience! They were patient with me when I was having difficulty bringing my car in due to work commitments, when I finally got in they got it all sorted, explained the process to me clearly. They had a loan car for me while mine got fixed, when I returned to get my car not only was it perfectly fixed like nothing had happened but they had cleaned it up inside and out!! They had buffed out my kids fingerprints and the car looks brand new! Above and beyond. Also so friendly, so easy to deal with and the nice man there even gave my kids some lollies after checking with me if it was OK!!!
