Even though Ben had a drama unfolding at his own home, he dropped everything and came and inspected our hot water cylinder. He ordered one for us and Tom came round and fitted it the following day. “Well above and beyond!! Sam took very good care of my car. I came in for a cambelt change and while doing that he found a coolant leak and went extra mile to find the root cause. Then phoned and explained me the issue. Thanks to Sam's great customer service, it was a friday late afternoon. Even though he had to close at 5pm, he stayed longer until he find the radiator replacement and made sure the leak stopped. Thanks again Sam. I 100% recommend this guy.”
