   I dropped my phone on a rock and smashed thru the screen protector and mounted the lcd panel. These guys fixed pretty much on the spot. Its my work phone so super greatful for thier speedy repair. Ledgens in my view. Thanks.

   Bad services. They tried to scam their customer. My camera was damaged by water, so I asked for a camera cleaning and also inquired about the replacement cost. They told me the cleaning would be $59, and the replacement would be $110. I agreed to the cleaning service. After it didn't work, I asked for a replacement, and suddenly the price jumped to $249. They denied ever quoting $110. I paid and left, then called another store in Hornby Mall, where I was told the replacement would cost be $160. I went back to them, but they said they couldn't do anything. Their pricing seems completely arbitrary and based on their mood. Totally unreasonable and not recommended at all.

   Tech pro staff are always friendly and supportive team. Even if you can’t find the item you want, they try to find out suitable option for you. Bought iPad case there and had put phone screen protector. Excellent Customer service of the staff. If you haven’t been there try once.

   I came in to have my Apple MacBook screen replaced and was charged over $500. They gave me the wrong colour (my MacBook is space grey, but they replaced it with a silver top) and then tried to convince me it was correct—even though it clearly isn’t. Since the repair, my laptop camera no longer works either. This is unacceptable, and I want a full refund for the poor service and incorrect parts provided. I do not recommend this place at all!

   DONT GO THERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS.!!. 2 weeks to do the back glass on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. First time collecting there was glue everywhere and the glass wasn’t glued down correctly and they stuffed my torch so it went back. Second time I got it back once again glass wasn’t glued down correctly. Gaps between the glass and phone wide enough you could have slid a bit of paper in there. 3rd time it was finally flush but with still glue, it’s a mess and to make it worse my front screen was now popping off so got a refund. Now I’ve discovered my microphone no longer works. Joke of a place to deal with.
