“I took my daughter's car down for WOF the other day. First time. Very practical, rather than picky, with only a few small repairs itemised that really needed doing anyway. I plan to bring my own cars here, and have directed my other daughter their way to get her WOF done tomorrow.”

“I just fitted a Hilux battery that I received on warranty from TBS, and I have to say, the manager, Annie, after some initial skeptism about the batteries origin, presumably because of the staff member out back who eyeballed me as if I was about to pick his pocket. Anyhow, they gave me another battery to suit my old Hilux. I found the manager friendly, fair, and helpful. I have bought 5 batteries now from TBS and would recommend them again, but take a photo of your new battery with the receipt on top before you leave. As a frequent reviewer who has a following I would have got them some bad press, but everything came good. The important thing is they made it right on the warranty and sorted it out, so a big thank you from me to the TBS managers. Its the putting right that counts!”

“I have been here multiple times and these guys are awesome! They always fit me in last minute which I appreciate. The first time I thought I had a puncture and they had my car for a few hours and checked them and couldn’t find anything and didn’t even charge me, another time it was for a WOF and most recently I did actually have a bad puncture but turns out I needed 2x new tyres which are very expensive being run flats but was so appreciative they gave me the best possible price. I’m a single mum so always nervous about being taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs but that definitely doesn’t happen here. Thanks guys :)”

“Car broke down at warehouse , had no other choice but to walk over as they were the nearest , n ask if someone could check our car. Could tell they were busy but helped us anyways. Quick check even offered to drive it over. They replaced our battery on the spot and we were on our way Great fast service”
