I took my Breville coffee machine in, they knew exactly what the problem could be. After opening up the machine, they advised me by phone, that they had found another part that needed replacing. Gave me an updated price over the phone. Very reasonable pricing and an extremely quick next day turnaround. My ECM Technica espresso machine had a small steam leak. Caffeine Fix found and replaced the faulty anti suction valve. It's all good again and at what I felt was a very good price. I will definitely go back to them again as required. Thankyou for your good service.
Two very trustworthy and knowledgeable guys. I took my father’s old Breville in that was rather busted up. Turns out we can’t get replacement parts anymore for that discontinued model, however they gave me a teflon tube to try and fix the problem myself. -Stoked to know I can stop chasing my tail!
