“I have been in Smarty Pants a number of times, sometimes I'm not quite sure what gift I'm after, last time it was for my 10yo nephew who lived in Australia. After being asked a few thoughtful questions the retail assistant offered some suggestions and showed me a couple of items, it was perfect! The best service, she really took the time to help me without any of the pushiness. Really friendly and positive. The shop itself is treasure, laid out beautifully with high quality items. Back for sure, next time its lunchboxes! From past experience, I know that they will talk me through the options so I get the right one!”

“I wish I had opportunity to pass through Lincoln more in order to eat here more! Always my stop after a skate from Wigram on the Lil River Trail. No menu items available by the time I get there but even their cupboard food and definitely their coffee provide such comfort and happiness. I managed to try their soup too and that was super delish!”

“Really, really nice food. Beautiful gourmet salads, toasted sandwiches and other cabinet food. Their mini gourmet pizzas are so good. Staff are lovely, and we're very helpful when I asked about allergens. The baker came out to me about the ingredients. They have a lovely range of sweet treats (the almond orange cake is epic) and a good range of vegan treats too (including peanut butter cups and kumara chocolate brownie - both amazing) There's a tablet with an app open to verify your (free) parking you can park without trouble for 2 hours. It's also very convenient, because after visiting the cafe, you can browse the connected green grocer for fresh veggies and fruit!”

“This evening, a staff member went above and beyond for our family! I believe her name was Kaye, working in the click and collect department this evening. After my husband came home with our order, we realised we were missing a few things. I called up to explain and Kaye was so apologetic and helpful! So much so that she personally delivered our missing items to our home after her shift finished! Just incredible!”

“I love this home store. My son has autism and can't handle loud noises and they even have noise cancelling hearing protectors that look funky and wonderful and don't make him look out of place. They are not the standard orange but a fluro green. They have everything here and a very knowledgable staff who will help and have advice on everything in store. And there is an awesome little play area.”

“Another cost effective place to shop, great prices for the family on their packaged frozen goods from Ice cream to chargrilled chicken portions, fish and savouries, pastries and cheese slices, that's only a few of so many items they stock. With their great staff and products you'll be heading back for more the next week they are cheaper than the Supermarkets for the chicken and fish items especially, so give them a try if you want to save money. No I don't work for them either I just appreciate their deals and lovely staff and would like to let those people and families trying to survive out there that there are alternatives to the Supermarkets.
