After my husband came home with our order, we realised we were missing a few things. I called up to explain and Kaye was so apologetic and helpful! So much so that she personally delivered our missing items to our home after her shift finished! Just incredible!”

“I love this home store. My son has autism and can't handle loud noises and they even have noise cancelling hearing protectors that look funky and wonderful and don't make him look out of place. They are not the standard orange but a fluro green. They have everything here and a very knowledgable staff who will help and have advice on everything in store. And there is an awesome little play area.”

“Lovely vibe & layout. Feel like your some where special in this store. Really good range of fresh produce, bulk items and specialist grocery (including the nicest raw honeys). Fresh ready to eat salads, slices & drinks also. It’s pricey but the quality, ambience and experience justifies.”

“Another cost effective place to shop, great prices for the family on their packaged frozen goods from Ice cream to chargrilled chicken portions, fish and savouries, pastries and cheese slices, that's only a few of so many items they stock. With their great staff and products you'll be heading back for more the next week they are cheaper than the Supermarkets for the chicken and fish items especially, so give them a try if you want to save money. No I don't work for them either I just appreciate their deals and lovely staff and would like to let those people and families trying to survive out there that there are alternatives to the Supermarkets. “Customer service was good - the sales lady was attentive and listened to my problem about the last two pairs of shoes I'd purchased for a destructive three year old boy with a tendency to ruin the front toe cap of his shoes within a day. She sold me a pair of Clarks shoes that were on sale. I'm happy that these shoes are still intact after four days and looking in great condition. Would definitely shop here again as this store has a better range of shoes for toddlers/pre-schoolers than other stores.”

“It's a really friendly New World it's a bit further than our local one but we worth the trip. Fresh meats, pies, pastries and great selection of fruit and veggies it also has ready made section that has a fantastic fresh bowl with rice, edamame and chicken.”

“The team here support the local LEGO group, if you're after LEGO, look no further. On multiple occasions I have contacted them to express interest in yet to be released sets. They have taken down my contact details, set the item aside when stock came in, then called me back to let me know it's ready. Kudos to whatever system to they're using to keep track of these requests, as sometimes the products haven't reached NZ until months after my initial contact. To top it all off they even ensure you get your desired minifig in the blind bags. The prices can be a little higher than the likes of Kmart or The Warehouse, but it's worth it.”

Friendly and helpful staff. Self-service. Events with freebies and tastings. Wide aisles and not stacked high.”
