“I started classes at reconnection training last summer and they have been absolutely amazing for so many reasons. I consider myself as reasonably fit with an active physical job, Gabrielle always pushes me to reach new strengths and boundaries whilst looking out meticulously at form and movement. The classes are always very varied and different and have strong movement focus which has increased my flexibility and strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. I always come away feeling muscle soreness (in a good way) I love that the sessions are outdoors on the beach when the weather omits and it's such a great start to the day with swims in the sea afterwards (totally optional lol) We always have a great laugh when working out and there's always people of varying abilities which are all accommodated for. I couldn't recommend these classes enough!”

“Latinissimo Dance is definitely the place to go if you are serious about technique and musicality. I totally recommend trying salsa on 2 at this school if you're considering it. The courses and levels are well structured and organised. Gian is very professional and puts a lot of effort into what he does. His assistant teachers have all been fantastic too. I really enjoyed the recent salsa immersion course over two weekends - an injection of content and practice (a great refresher with plenty of new challenges). Thanks and see you again soon”

“Dylan is an excellent teacher and extremely patient and understanding, you improve your skills quickly and understand the art and the technique of being a good DJ fast. He teaches everything from DnB through House to all the latest sounds. All tempos and mixing styles. The young teachers do a brilliant job of managing and teaching a large group of 4 year olds keeping them engaged, learning and growing and making them feel special too and let’s say managing parents and interruptions at time too with grace and a smile. “Our family loves Red Kite Preschool, we make the daily effort to travel 30minutes in traffic each day because the staff are so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We love that they have male teachers as role models, and that some of the teachers speak Mandarin & Cantonese to our children who are of Chinese decent. “I’ve trained here almost 9 months now, walking in as an absolute beginner with no previous martial arts or combat sport experience. My body has changed significantly, and I have definition in my muscles for the first time in my life. My cardio has improved significantly. Sime is an excellent coach, and so patient with myself (slow learner) and my roudy kids. I highly commend him for that. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I feel safe and supported in this learning environment and confident to go at my own pace. I’ve witnessed many of the fighters compete and win Golds multiple times, thanks to Sime and his coaching. The community at Eastside Grapplers has become like family to my kids and I due to the family friendly vibes. My kids enjoy training here as well and have made so many friends! The gym itself is clean and hygienic. Close to home, and affordable for my family and I. I’ve introduced this gym to my friends and cousins and would absolutely recommend to trial a class to others.”
