   I'm a mother of a beautiful daughter who is attached to me and the family tightly. Departure from her known environment and the language deference made her fully upset with her new environment. So letting her to be settled in the preschool was a big challenge to me. But I must say that I am the happiest mom,because within several weeks she started to love her school. She wants to go school everyday. The BestStart team is Amazing and they are so friendly. They are keeping a great bond with kids and even with parents. And I must say you can discuss anything regarding your child with those teachers. They are always ready to give hand. I'm very grateful to BestStart Albany and the every teachers. There is no any better place for my daughter than BestStart.

   I am a mother of 3 and all of them went to day-care as I am a full time working mom. Best Start Albany is the current one that my daughter is going and she loves to go there every day even at weekends if it would be possible :). She calls it as " my school" and loves her teachers and colorful activities she is offered every day. It is located at such a good spot and it is very easy to drop in and out. It has a huge garden with plenty to run and play and inside of the center is also very well purposed designed and very spacious. They offer freshly cooked very yummy meals and they take their time with every child to make sure they are well fed. All the people who work there (managers, teachers, cook ,..) , they are all lovely and warm people. They are extremely understanding of each days' struggles and accordingly be very supportive for my child. For example, when we drop our daughter's every morning, they ask about how was her night and early morning and if something is bothersome we would tell them and accordingly they would pay more attention on what is it that happening. To me this is a real care.. Or another example is that my daughter was still potty training when we first joined to center and a lot of accidents would happen . They would check on her more often so that she stays dry throughout the day. Honestly other daycares that my sons went to was okay too but after experiencing Best Start (Albany) , I noticed a huge difference. My mind at work is so clear knowing that my child is in good, genuinely caring hands. Also no bullying is allowed in the center, kids are thought to well behave and respect each other. My daughter has adjusted to center very fast with almost no tears and she has been very happy since then. I really appreciate the honest and hard work they are doing and I highly suggest to other parents who are looking for a best care for their child. Hatice

   The team at Best Start Albany is wonderful! My 2 year old daughter recently started there and she is very attached to me- but the staff and team at the centre have been so wonderful and so patient with her! The whole transition process has been made so much easier by all the wonderful teachers. I love that everyone is so warm, nurturing, and caring, and they will always go the extra mile with your child and make them feel at home. So glad I discovered the centre and enrolled my child here. I cannot recommend it enough!

   The teachers and staff members at Best Start Albany are absolutely amazing. Being a busy mum to a wild toddler can be tough in all aspects, but knowing that your child is in good hands really takes the extra pressure off your shoulders. Teachers and staff at Best Start Albany are the kind of people you can trust your child with without a doubt- and I love watching my child grow in a safe environment, surrounded by positivity. I would also like to say an extra thank you to the centre manager Jude- She is the biggest reason my toddler and I decided to choose Best Start Albany as the final transition before school.    I love the spacious outdoor play space there. Teachers are passionate about what they do and always encourage the children to be independent, care for each other, and be a curious explorer. It's great to see both my child and his friend learning these important social skills together and now getting confident and looking forward to go to primary school. Highly recommended.
