“I started classes at reconnection training last summer and they have been absolutely amazing for so many reasons. I consider myself as reasonably fit with an active physical job, Gabrielle always pushes me to reach new strengths and boundaries whilst looking out meticulously at form and movement. The classes are always very varied and different and have strong movement focus which has increased my flexibility and strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. I always come away feeling muscle soreness (in a good way) I love that the sessions are outdoors on the beach when the weather omits and it's such a great start to the day with swims in the sea afterwards (totally optional lol) We always have a great laugh when working out and there's always people of varying abilities which are all accommodated for. I couldn't recommend these classes enough!”

“Our family loves Red Kite Preschool, we make the daily effort to travel 30minutes in traffic each day because the staff are so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We love that they have male teachers as role models, and that some of the teachers speak Mandarin & Cantonese to our children who are of Chinese decent. “Latinissimo Dance is definitely the place to go if you are serious about technique and musicality. I totally recommend trying salsa on 2 at this school if you're considering it. The courses and levels are well structured and organised. Gian is very professional and puts a lot of effort into what he does. His assistant teachers have all been fantastic too. I really enjoyed the recent salsa immersion course over two weekends - an injection of content and practice (a great refresher with plenty of new challenges). Thanks and see you again soon”
