   I have acupuncture twice a week for the last couple of months on acc. Last Nov I had a 6hr spinal operation which involves addictive pain killers till my screws bonded into my body which hadn't happened. My pain was between 7 to 10 every day. Trying not to get addicted I put up with a lot of pain. However around July I was asked from a friend to try acupuncture. Which I've been doing twice a week and I'm hoping for a extension as my pain level has decreased to 1 to 6. Allowing me to play golf. My acupuncturist is very helpful with my other ailments as well and I always look forward to my visit. If you have to take pain killers of any sort I strongly recommend acupuncture. I'm having more good days than bad and my issues are definitely improving at last. Ask your doctor for acupuncture through acc. Totally worth it. Excellent service.

   I had an excellent experience with HEH Acupuncture Clinic. I had lumbar sprain and couldn't bend down, get up or walk as it was extremely painful. The treatment I received from Angelina was exceptional and I'm feeling about 80% better just after 2 sessions. I find her very efficient, thorough and professional in her approach and treatment plan. If you are in South East Auckland, there are 3 clinics you can go to Papatoetoe, Flatbush and Botany. Highly recommended.

   I came to see Angelina after very disappointing results from physio. I had torn ligaments in my hip which did not seem to improve despite hours of daily exercise and a failed cortisone treatment. From the first visit there seemed to be an improvement. I highly recommend acupuncture Frances K

   Angelina is simply amazing, I walked in with sore shins on both legs and explained to her that I have a netball tournament to participate in few weeks and she did what she does best and I am running like I was before the pain . Totally recommend her . Plus she’s a wonderful person ❤️

   It was a miracle! I walked in a broken, hunched-over woman in immense pain and left standing upright with zero pain after 40 minutes of acupuncture, front and back. I was relieved and shocked at the same time. After suffering from sciatica nerve issues over the years, the pain normally hangs around for two weeks of terrible discomfort.
