They quickly diagnosed the issue and carried out the repair, but when more faults appeared (as BMWs often do), Andrew and the team went above and beyond to track down the underlying problems. BMWs are known for having tricky, hard-to-trace faults, but Andrew really knows his stuff. He spent a lot of extra time and effort to get to the bottom of it—something most places wouldn’t bother with. Many other shops just start replacing parts without any guarantee it’ll solve the issue, but here they actually took the time to diagnose properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the time and care they put in. Honest, professional, and genuinely passionate about getting it right—I highly recommend them.”

I dropped it off to Carnics and they found the issue straight away and had it back to me within 24 hours. The VTNZ guy carrying out the compliance check said they had got the brakes bang on perfect.
