He immediately had the solution, booked me in quickly, arrived on time each time (it required 3 visits), left everything immaculately clean and the finished job looks amazing! He gave me advice on things to look out for when I repaint the whole area. He is such a friendly guy, everything is transparent and efficient. You're definitely in good hands with Andrew.”

“Andrew came to the house the day after my call and did exactly what I had asked him to do - disconnected Sky, found a way to wire freeview channels directly to my mother's TV, reconfigured and simplified the operation and supplied a simple-to-use remote control that is much more manageable for my mother to use. What Andrew doesn't know is that after he had been in the roof space and had returned to the living room to configure the set, the cat climbed his ladder, got into the roof space and settled down to sleep. When he woke several hours later and realised that he was shut in, he began meowing and we had to track him down and release him! I highly recommend Andrew and will call him in the future, if need be”

They quickly diagnosed the issue and carried out the repair, but when more faults appeared (as BMWs often do), Andrew and the team went above and beyond to track down the underlying problems. BMWs are known for having tricky, hard-to-trace faults, but Andrew really knows his stuff. He spent a lot of extra time and effort to get to the bottom of it—something most places wouldn’t bother with. Many other shops just start replacing parts without any guarantee it’ll solve the issue, but here they actually took the time to diagnose properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the time and care they put in. Honest, professional, and genuinely passionate about getting it right—I highly recommend them.”
