    I can't rate this place high enough. We were expecting to have to leave the vacuum there as it was the day before Easter weekend and we had already been told that they were going to be taking leave. When I arrived Denise had a new filter ready to trial and sure enough with a thorough diagnosis and lots of tips on how to ensure the problem didn't happen again the vacuum was ready to take away. Denise is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and thank you again.

    Good price repair. But turned up at 945 and knocked on door. Then noticed opening at 1030. Even though owner inside ignored me sat in my car and waited. Went back at 1030. He was rude saying next time I appreciate if you turn up at opening hours. When I said did not know them. Pointed out I did not read invoice. I driven out of town, felt very upset to be spoken to like that. NO need to be rude

    All the reviews are true. This is THE Place to go for Dyson repairs. We thought we would need to replace our cordless Dyson but Denise and Keith managed to make it as good as new. Prices are amazing - they are NOT ripping you off. We were amazed at how reasonable everything was. Service is second to none. Fast and clear communication. Super fast shipping.
