Paul. Thank you SO much for the fine job restoring my Elna Lotus. It's like having a new machine. It hasn't worked this well in years. I thought the trouble I had with the bobbin catching was a flaw in the machine.. but not anymore. I am sewing my heart out and loving it. So extremely grateful to you.

Been wanting to leave a review for a long time, but kept forgetting. have been to Paul a couple of times, and he has always been very helpful! I ended up buying a secondhand bernina machine from him and I have not regretted it ever since, as I've been sewing so much more on it than my first machine I bought at a retail store! Thank you for your honest opinions and advice regarding the machines!
My sewing machine and overlocker were serviced by Paul 4 years ago so I have just been back for another service. Not only is the servicing so professionally done he is so patient with answering questions and demonstrating anything you need to know about your particular machine. It's so nice to drop it into the person who will be servicing it knowing it will be looked after. It takes me an it hour to get there but it's worth it. I couldn't recommend Paul enough. Don't give up the servicing anytime soon Paul!!
My mum is extremely happy with her reconditioned 38yr old sewing machine and her new (2nd Hand) Bernette to replace the almost broken Babylock. - such professional and expert advice and a real affinity with sewing machines!
