I don't even know where to start! It's never a good day when someone smashes your windows in, but that wasn't the end of my problems. The tow truck who collected my vehicle then tore a hole in the oil sump. These guys were amazing, not only spotting the problem and immediately protecting my car engine from severe damage. As it's a VW the parts were tricky to get hold of. The whole way through they communicated with me, sorted out the windows and also replaced the damaged sump. The team were super friendly and were so supportive through a very frustrating time. They lent me a car as well in the meantime. I genuinely don't know how well I would've coped without them. Thank you so much for all your hard work. They also cleaned up the insane amount of broken glass from within the car too.
