   10/10 HERE’S TO MORE COMFORTABLE NIGHTS! Kim installed our Masters bedroom heat pump last Thursday and we could not be happier. Here’s how it happened: We’ve been wanting to have a second AC installed for a while now due to our newly built home being over-insulated (great for winter). We researched a ton of companies and read Google reviews and this company came on top. We had a quick initial phone call to setup the ocular inspection and it was also during that call that I felt Kim’s desire to help his clients. During the ocular, we identified where we would run the pipes, place the outdoor unit and which electrical circuit to take the power supply from. He gave it a thorough inspection that he even showed me something about the house which I did not know before! Kim is very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood every step of the installation especially that the AC will mount on a wall shared with our toddler’s room. Two weeks later, they came back to install the AC as planned and did a phenomenal job. My wife was present on the day of installation so he patiently explained the whole process again to her. This is the type of customer service that is rare these days which I too (as an electrical engineering consultant) show my clients everyday. It feels good to receive the same level of care. To Kim’s team, thank you for what you do and I hope you grow your business ten-fold. 11/10 would recommend!

   From quotation to completion absolute amazing personal and professional service. We are absolutely delighted with the recommendation and installation of the Fujitsu heat pump. 10 out of 10. Kim listened to all our questions and answered everyone patiently sometimes twice to ensure our peace of mind. When faced with obstacle(s) such as drain gully trap and outside water tap - they were creative in turning the unit sideways. Andy went about the install professionally and in my opinion could have done it blind folded. Clean and amazing.
