   My wife took her car in for a service this morning. They called her at 1 p.m. and said the car needed a WOF. She told them to do both the service and the WOF. The guy said the car would be ready at 4 p.m. When we went to pick it up at 4, no service had been done—only the WOF

   Very good professional service. They do have issues with communication by phone due to their current system and then have to rely on E Mails to communicate. Also on being offered a Courtesy Car I was not advised of their standard charge until receiving my final account. These are minor issues and do not detract from my satisfaction with the overall service provided.

Best mechanic I've been to in years. Even a free diagnostic before they started with a pre-quote that was spot on and on time. NO SURPRISES. So refreshing.
