   If it were possible to leave a ZERO star rating i would put a minus (-) next to that. This company trades as kiwiown finance company as well as many other businesses. I have had issues with getting a refund from them! Excuses are "We are having banking issues" "our accounts team has processed your refund" "Our accounts teams hasn't processed because management hasn't released the funds" and my favourite "we can refund part of you money and refund the rest in installments until the full amount is paid" now if thats not crazy, idk what is? The service representative also said "our upper management are having financial difficulties and are struggling to refund many more customers" some waiting for 6 months or more. I'm in the process of going through the nz disputes Tribunal

   It's been nearly a year, and invoice still hasn’t been paid. Despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been no response. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

   Seriously? I came here to look for phone number to contact you guys regarding money been taking out of my account without my knowledge. To my surprise, I'm not alone on this matter ,quite few people affected by this scam therefore it's not a mistake but it's a habit from this company keep taking money out of people's accounts..

   Same thing as everyone else. Taking money without my knowledge. After canceling from my end they just change there name and started taking money out again. No contact phone number to ring and sort it out if anything i think u owe me money this has been going on over 5 years

   You have been taking money from my account without any kind of concent from myself. I have been living in Australia for well over 3 years,and have no frikken idea who Greenfield global is. I have tried to contact you,but pH number has been disconnected,and there is no overseas number I can contact you on,not even an email I can contact you on. I will be closing my account because there is no way in hell I will be giving you money or paying dishonest fees thru my bank!

   You guys have taken money out of my account with out my knowledge of signed forms. And have been waiting for a phone call for 3 weeks from your manager. And my refund for 3 weeks i will be getting my lawyer involved
