   Doctors might be good, but receptionists never answer to any calls. If you call 10 times a day you will never get your call answered , then you get to leave a message to call you back...After an hour or two they call you back just to tell you they are fully book for the day. Next booking in a few days, if you are not dead by then...So run to A&E where you will get much quicker and better service

   Doctors are great, but receptionists hardly answer any calls. You need to call at least 20 times for them to answer.

   Do not go to Dr Jung Park. He was unprofessional, rushed through my appointment, and ignored clear symptoms I described and made me feel like a nuisance. If you value your time/money find another doctor. 박정문한테 진료 절때 받지마세요...

   I can't speak for everyone's experiences but I had a wonderful time interacting with the 2 receptionists on Monday at around 2-3pm. One of the receptionist was super helpful and co-operative in setting up my managemyhealth account when asked about it and after the appointment, there was even some friendly banter as well. Doctors are also superb too. 10/10 for service and interaction.

   I understand what people say about the White Cross Northmed receptionists, but personally, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them so far. It takes a little time to build that connection, but once you do, there’s friendly banter and lighthearted jokes that make visits more enjoyable. The real gem of this clinic though is Dr. Yulia. She gives her absolute 100% every time, going above and beyond as a GP. She listens, she cares, and she makes you feel truly seen and heard. This kind of GP doesn’t come around often, so she’s someone worth appreciating!

   The Doctor is absolutely amazing, we have been with doctor Aubay for many years and he's great. The receptionists however are destroying this clinic's reputation. One lovely competent receptionist got replaced by 3, and every time I call to get an appointment, nobody answers, I leave a message and Nobody calls back. How am I supposed to get my children checked by the doctor if I can never get anyone on the phone to book an appointment for me? Shambles...

   This is the worst medical center in Auckland. I had chest pain and was so scared, I arrived there at 4pm and told the receptionist that I think I have a serious problem and she told me that we can not do anything because you don't have an appointment, I was shocked and I told her I need to see a doctor now and she answered me okay please pay $250 then another receptionist came and said " sorry we will close here at 5pm so we don't have time for you!! I'm still thinking how just the clinic closing hour or money is important for them??? Is the patients life important to them at all????

   Doctor Yulia is amazing but the receptionists are so rude here and they never have a nurse to speak to. When you do eventually get them on the phone, the receptionists are always argumentative and really unhelpful. Its a shame this is the price we have to pay to see an amazing doctor and even more of a shame that these are the people who represent these great doctors.

   Great customer service on the receptionists, great doctors and nurses. Special citations for Nurse Cristy for her work dedication, and to the receptionists - Maria and Tricia for their utmost exceptional customer service - friendly and easy to talk to. Amazing doctors too. THUMBS UP! For me, best clinic as ever.

   What happened?? Reception never picks up! You can leave messages… if you are lucky they ring you back 6 hours later!!!!! There was one receptionist in the old days she was amazing, friendly fast and reliable Now it looks like 4 or more ladies behind the counter but no action???? The Doctors are great. But the management should consider to spend on more or better admin staff!
