I believe you handle farmers mastercard. I have one of these issues four years ago. I have never activated this card. I get monthly service fee invoices. Impossible to get it cancelled. I have advised that I am paying a service for no service. They still keep sending the card fee, and I continue to advise them I am not going to pay any fees. Please can you sort this out.

Trying to cancel our account. Everything is paid but they take so long that more fees get added. Now calling in the lawyers and the ombudsman because we have had enough of their bullshit excuses and fail to action. The worst company to deal with.

Having used this service i would not recommend EVER! You can not only not get your balance to pay off early, you wait an unexpectedly long time to get any sort of help, and then it is not followed up. Please do not touch this provider it will be the worst experience you will ever have. I am contacting the Ombudsman I have had enough.

I have been trying to cancel this card for months. After a nauseating enquiry on whether I was the card holder, they then ask for ridiculous detail, such as what was the last payment made and how was it made. All the while fees keep getting charged.

I am trying to close this account for past one month with no luck. did phone call and talked with manager, multiple email no luck. people please be careful when borrowing from them. Do not touch this organisation! I have been trying to close an account for months. They refuse to close it and keep sending me monthly fee accounts. Their 1.3 star rating should say it all. Keep away.

I just waited 1 hour and 47 minutes! The worst wait time in history. All I wanted was a new card to replace the one that is expiring. Then to make matters worse, I get told that they have to cancel my current working card to send me another card and to top it off,it can take up to 2 weeks! Really unhappy customer!

Are you actually kidding me???? 41 - 61 minutes?? Who has that amount of time to sit around waiting until someone picks up the phone? This is simply atrocious and reflects an operation built on profit before service. You provide no other method of inquiry and appear to have no respect for customers. I think it's well past time I left.
