“Best centre in the heart of Papakura and I highly recommend this kindy. First day visit to the centre and I already 100% thankful that I step foot in this centre. All staff are friendly and family orientated. They took extra mile and went beyond measure to meet the needs of the children even though all children has different needs. I love this centre is very clean and tidy and they accommodate the children to the best of their ability and making sure that all children are safe and happy. “I just wanted to come on here and give my feedback on Kidz Connect otahu as my son attends this day care. I want to start off by saying that I was so hesitant to send my son school so I stayed home with him for 2 years knowing that he was a shy reserved boy and thought he would be more comfortable at home with me (mum). It took me a lot of courage to finally enroll him and was abit scared how he would be since this was his first ever time being away from me hahaha. I do not regret one bit enrolling him into kidz connect, it took him a while to warm up to everyone but thank you to moa toddlers teachers for helping him prep for Huia pre school. For making him come out of his shell and finding his own voice, everyone there have made myself and my boy feel so welcomed and comfortable to the point he is happy to come to school everyday and that is a big change from my boy. Even from the amazing receptionist Val who always greets everyone who walks through the doors and making my boy feel comfortable before walking into class is what every parent want/needs. “Really happy with this place! Loads of parking and it's not right by the main road, so dropping off and picking up isn't a hassle with fewer cars around. They don't cram in too many kids, so each child gets plenty of attention from the teachers. The staff are great with the little ones. Plus, there's a huge space for the kids to play and learn, with both indoor and outdoor gardens. My child come a long way here – from shy to super confident by the time she hit primary school. Couldn't be happier! It's not too expensive compared to others with meals included. A BIG THANK YOU PLC!!!”

“Hands down. The best daycare you could send your children to. I am so glad I pulled my daughter out of her previous one and brought her here. The drive is definitely worth it. ALL the teachers are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Hurricane has made our journey here so easy!! Everyone here feels like family & I am sad my girl has now left. “My son loves it! He is learning so much and always has a great day. The kaiako take great care of my boy, and I love the high quality learning stories, the provocations, the beautiful large outdoor environment, the quality resources and healthy home cooked food. My son is absolutely thriving in such a sensitive period of his development and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He tells me about the bikes he rides, the sandpit, he sings songs and enjoys the extras that nobody else offers such as Tiny Yoga and Tiny Pet Day. I also love the special events they put on for Mothers Day/ Fathers Day, Xmas, Matariki and more. I feel like they go above and beyond! Highly recommend Tiny Voices; nowhere else compares! We are very happy :-)”

“As a new mother I was told not to trust the big franchises as they do not have a quality of care. After having my child attend 2 different big branded daycares I almost believed them. That’s until I started my son here. Millennium Ellerslie has shown the upmost support and care for my child. He has severe eczema and allergies to wheat and egg and they’ve accommodated his needs and wellbeing without excluding him or singling him out. They’re honest go above and beyond. They’re honest, respectful and caring and my husband and I rave about how pleased we are with this centre. The teachers and staff are amazing and my son always feels welcome and happy when we arrive and leave. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.”

“This is a decent sized reserve area in Northcote, accessible via Queen Street. The children playground has been recently upgraded and has a lot of swings and areas to keep them busy for a couple hours. On street parking is available here. Decent and well maintained toilets is available here. There is always less crowd here, since the location is not that popular except for locals. Half sized basket ball court is also available here. Well recommended overall.”

“I would like to thank the wonderful team at The Learning Corner for teaching, guiding, mentoring and taking care of our daughter from February to April 2025, when she transitioned to Primary School age. My daughter was enthusiastic about going to the Learning Corner and had lots to speak about when she would come home every day - about her friends and particularly all her teachers. She loved all the activites, fun programmes and games at this insitituion. Most importantly she felt loved and felt safe at the Learning Corner. She enjoyed, grew and matured under their able guidance and their efforts together with the wonderful team of teachers and staff. We were blessed to have your support and encouragement, as a new family settling into New Zealand academic system and life. We are immensely grateful for every blessing that we have received from The Learning Corner.”

“Riverhead Montissori is and has been an amazing daycare for my three children. Reminiscent of a kindy, with a well loved environment and wholesome teaches, while still maintaining the child/teacher ratio and morning routine of a traditional Montissori daycare. The centre is well run and flexible, Rachel in admissions is seemingly always available and accomodating. Due to its community values and small country setting I feel that my children have very personalised care. For our family in particular we appreciate that there is always a very calm and happy atmosphere at drop off, I feel that this encourages my children to start a piece of work and allow me to leave without them getting overwhelmed or sad. My children also enjoy the mix of ages within the classrooms, being able to learn from those older than them and care/teach those who are younger. We cannot recommend Riverhead Montissori enough.”

“The large grassy area is lined with paths and trees. It leads to the Memorial Steps from the carpark. the steps lead to the bistro area with the Acacia Cottage. There is quite a large area to run around and play or take photos, particularly at the base of the different trees.”

“Very nicely maintained and curated small park in the middle of the busy Takapuna area. There is a decent sized kids play area along with white a few benches to sit and relax. The canopy cover is pleasent and refreshing. Public toilets are also available in the park. The location is easily accessible from anywhere in Takapuna.”
