   Small park next to the car park with swings and climbing area. More for the smaller kids. Chairs and benches to sit on with shade from the trees. Grassed area with flower beds, but as it's next to a busy road and car park, need to be careful with the young children

   Very nicely maintained and curated small park in the middle of the busy Takapuna area. There is a decent sized kids play area along with white a few benches to sit and relax. The canopy cover is pleasent and refreshing. Public toilets are also available in the park. The location is easily accessible from anywhere in Takapuna.

   This playground caters for the children under five beautifully situated within the rose gardens a perfect place to share a picnic in amongst the flowers take a blanket for the grass or relax on one of the park benches surrounding the playground public toilets are just behind the playground And most of the time you will see some pigeons strolling around

   Loved taking my boy here for a quick play. Equipment is just right for his age, about 2 and a half. Good amount of green space and there is normally a group pigeons gathered here so great fro some pigeon feeding. Car park can be a pain to find and it’s not walled off from the roads so take care when taking kids here. Otherwise a very relaxing and nice spot.

   Large park / great for kids as has a good playground plus a water feature - it has that old Auckland feel to it - parking is a bit difficult but worth it as there are secluded spots .

   This place was an accidental and unexpected but pleasant find for me - a real treat. Nestled just at the side of the busy traffic intersection by The Strand. This historical park is oozing with blooming flowers. I can practically sit here in the shade all afternoon admiring the view with a book in hand. It has a mini playground for the kiddos as well. Toilet is clean and parking is decent. I would love to go back here for an afternoon chill.
