   As a parent of a child who was very attached to me, I was nervous about starting this new journey. From the very first day, the teachers have been incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding. They took the time to build trust with my little one, comforting her when she needed it and encouraging her at her own pace. The way they take initiative—finding ways to make her feel safe, included, and confident—has made all the difference. Now, she looks forward to coming in and I can see her growing not only in skills but also in happiness. A heartfelt thank you to Kavita ( The Centre Incharge ) for creating such a warm, supportive environment and leading a team that truly cares for the children. I’m so grateful to have such caring teachers walking alongside us in this stage of her life. I would highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a loving, supportive environment for their child.

   We enrolled our 4-year-old son at PLC six months ago, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The teachers are incredibly nurturing and genuinely care for each child’s wellbeing and development. What really stands out is their thorough primary school preparation programme — it's structured, thoughtful, and really sets children up for success. They go above and beyond in every way, especially considering how affordable the fees are. There are always engaging activities that support the children’s learning, along with regular field trips and cultural events that build awareness and community. I also really appreciate how they involve parents and create such an inclusive, welcoming environment. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching place for their child!

   Such a great centre! Very large area and learning spaces - great out door learning space as well as spacious indoor areas. Plenty of car park spaces, typically hidden away so it doesn’t recieve the recognition that it should. With that being said it is a very safe drop off/pick up location away from the road. Great, loving and warm teachers who make you feel so welcomed and make our children feel safe. I have 3 boys at this daycare and the manager has been so accomodating with their transition and continues to be supportive. Great learning environment - they are always doing and learning new things. A strong family orientated centre who is inclusive and considers parents input and needs in our children’s development. Highly recommend for parents in the area or parents who commute to and from work past through Cascades Rd. On top of all the positives, one of the most affordable centres in east Auckland area that provide meals as well as high quality learning.

   Really happy with this place! Loads of parking and it's not right by the main road, so dropping off and picking up isn't a hassle with fewer cars around. They don't cram in too many kids, so each child gets plenty of attention from the teachers. The staff are great with the little ones. Plus, there's a huge space for the kids to play and learn, with both indoor and outdoor gardens. My child come a long way here – from shy to super confident by the time she hit primary school. Couldn't be happier! It's not too expensive compared to others with meals included. A BIG THANK YOU PLC!!!

   Both my kids attend this daycare and all I can say is how much they have grown in confidence. I love how they put on shows getting the kids involved and parents as well. I love how they celebrate all cultures and holidays as well.

   My daughter loves going to school here, one day I came to pick my daughter up all the kids were playing and running around but my daughter was not really in the mood so one of the teachers took the time to sit and read a book with her because that is what my daughter wanted to do instead, my daughter is always excited to go to school

   I cannot thank PLC enough for all the love and care they’ve given my babies. Alysse turned 5 in the start of July and just started “big school” last week.    Our two children have been at PLC for just over six months now and they love it there. We were a little apprehensive about leaving our daughter (who was one year old at the time) in the care of others but she settled in so quickly and that was largely down to the centre staff. She loves all of her teachers and is always happy and content when we drop her off in the mornings. Our son who is four and a half has also flourished at the centre and the activities they provide really challenge and inspire him. Kavita and her team provide a warm, safe and happy environment for all the children and we are so happy we decided to enrol our children there.    This is a wonderful daycare. I’ve had my son here for about 3 years and have been impressed with the quality of staff, education and overall learning offered here. Furthermore, their fees are very affordable too. I’ve referred 3 other families here who have also been thoroughly impressed and happy with everything at the daycare. Will definitely miss the teachers once our son graduates to kindergarten. Thank you to all the staff for looking the children so well... We couldn’t be happier!
