   Highly recommend Pohutukawa Kidz to any local families or workers in the area. My boy started when he was 20 Months old and has been thriving ever since. The last 3 months have been amazing to watch him make new friends but also see the love he gets from his teachers. We love that we can do morning or afternoon sessions free of charge ! Makes my life so much easier with having no family support. Everyone to super friendly and supportive, also very welcoming. Easy to call and check in and see how your little one is doing as the phone will immediately be picked up and all my stress and worries gone when I’m reassured even sent photos ! Cannot wait to see how my boy does with his coming days at Pohutukawa Kidz.

   Our 2 children love attending phohutakawa Kidz. The teachers are first class and bring emphathy, care, nuturing to the teaching process to engage and grow the children. The centre links the children with the wider community, such as the library and gymnastics. Knowledge and communication of the teachers is excellent. A well run, family feel centre, providing good preparation for school. Highly recommend.

   Pohutukawa Kidz is an exceptional kindergarten that offers a balanced blend of structured activities and free play, along with engaging group projects that the children love participating in. There's always something new and exciting to discover, and I am continually impressed by the dedication and passion the teachers put into every project, excursion, and activity to make it all possible for the kids. The teachers are highly professional regarding development and learning, but they are also incredibly empathetic and personal, always ready to address the individual needs of each child and be there for them. My children are very well cared for, feel comfortable, and most importantly, have fun. The environment at Pohutukawa Kidz is warm and welcoming, fostering a sense of community and belonging. The staff’s commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere is evident in everything they do. From the creative arts and crafts to the outdoor play and exploration, every day is an adventure for the children.    Great little school serving our growing community. They made my kids feel at home amidst Covid lockdowns and took them in with open arms and above all have loved them like their own!
