   Good. Recommended. The receptionist Megan is friendly. However, the clinician wasn’t on time which can come across as disrespectful to clients who arrive on time, and whilst aware I was waiting she was busy greeting toddlers instead. I was told they would charge if I was late, so I showed up on time only for them to be late. This didn’t demonstrate professionalism on their part.

   I visited Family Hearing Clinic yesterday for a micro-suction ear clean and had an excellent experience. The staff took the time to ask plenty of questions beforehand and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. They checked in throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort. The clinician who carried out the treatment was calm, steady, and professional. The whole process was quick, completely painless, and hassle-free. Highly recommend.

   Today I took my granny to see Leanne who's a friendly and patient audiologist able to speak Cantonese which was the only language granny understood. Since we came there much earlier than the appointment time, we were afraid of being asked to get back there later. However, it didn't happen and the receptionist, Megan let us take seats for waiting. When we met Leanne, she introduced herself and led us to consultation room. In whole session we communicated in Cantonese which made us feel comfortable and had an effective conversation. Before ear check-up, she asked about history of hearing issues and checked granny's hearing aids. Meanwhile granny kept expressing her discomfort of hearing impaired, Leanne was patient to answer and guide her to start. During the test, she realized that granny did not understand how to use the button, so asked her to say 'I hear' or 'no hear' instead of press it. After the test, Leanne prepared a pair of trial hearing aids for granny use, and then started to explain the results and gave advice on which type of hearing aids are fitting in her situation and how much they cost with and without funding. However granny like the trial one which somehow was not suitable and not cost less to the appropriate one. So Leanne suggested us to discuss with other family members based on current hearing situation and concern as it is critical issue. She welcomed us to contact her if any enquiry or decision of purchasing hearing aids. We appreciate her professional advice and patience for my granny.

   Having had an unsatisfactory experience with one of the big audiology chains, I did some research and discovered the Family Hearing Centre. I cannot praise them enough. Chatu has been absolutely wonderful. I had challenging hearing needs and needed multiple appointments and follow up phone calls. Chatu was so kind, warm and patient as well as being brilliant at her job. She persisted in finding what worked for me. I highly recommend her!

   I’ve been to the clinic with my 2 year old who is generally very timid around new people. The team was absolutely fantastic from the moment we entered the door. The reception area is welcoming and the range of toys made her instantly engaged. When the team came out for her hearing test they were warm and friendly. In the room, they made her so comfortable that she was babbling and laughing when she was meant to be quiet for the tests. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism - it made the process fun and easy for us!

   Excellent experience. The premises was beautiful and inviting, and the staff were super friendly and professional. I had a diagnostic hearing test with Leanne Ma. So professional and personable she treated my son (who was a difficult patient) with such care and patience. Her expertise is evident in the improvement of my son's hearing. Thank you.    I was very nervous and anxious the first time I went there. I had never been to an audiologist before and the thought leading upto the initial appointment filled me with so much anxieties and distress. But after the friendly greeting from the receptionist and the warm smile from Leanne Ma, I knew I had nothing to worry about. I felt comfortable talking to Leanne, she was patient, warm and professional. I will definitely be going back there again. Thank you to the lovely staff at this place.

   I just went here for an earwax removal. What a great operation! From the booking system to the registration on an iPad, all worked seamlessly. Leanne the consultant was warm and professional. She completely put me at ease and gave me great advice and explained easily the process and how the ear and earwax work. Will definitely be back and highly recommend
