    It’s first time we have been to this branch… then the receptionist did not ask us any information in the first place. After a while we sit in the waiting room, she started to ask us to leave while it is heavy rain…but actually nobody in the waiting room… it’s okay I can leave and I also explained to her it was heavy rain that I run to the office without reading the sign…. but she repeated many times we should see the sign and wait in the car while we were walking out to the heavy rain… Awful experience and Bad service…

    Nurses are nice but all followup has stopped since covid started last year, no reminders about when to make appointments. Phone number on google not valid. Called central number but after 3 days still no one has picked up or returned my call. Trying to book my 4 year old for a before school check after turning 4 several months ago.
