“Probably the first positive experience I’ve ever had at a mechanics. Failed my WOF at VTNZ due to brake imbalance. Took it in to the guys at Mairangi and after a while I get a call to say they checked it over and there is nothing wrong with my brakes at all and they even took it down to the road to a brake place to confirm. Told me I don’t need to fix anything and also didn’t charge me at all to look at it. Super honest guys and extremely nice. I’d recommend them any day and I will be back in the future.”

“I'm from the north and really scared of Auckland mostly South and West of dodgy mechanics who scam because we've had a lot of encounters. But these guys omg, car broke down I towed it to them, a little family run business by the looks, they were very honest and caring. They took care of the car repaired the fuel system drained the fuel and re topped which was the cause, and told me that was it, no more damage. They did recommend other stuff but was just a side note and car can still drive and operate normally now. No pressure no nothing. I drove car out couple days after repair and it was completely immaculate and drove back north. And yes another trusted mechanic up here said I should change exactly what they recommended that day. “Extremely happy with my experience!!! i called on the day checking if they had any availability for wof cause i needed mines asap and he said i could come in the next 1 1/2 hour super happy with how fast and efficient he was :) My car has always had a issue with the spare tyre is the back not being bolted in and i always just took it out during wof checks but this time i forgot to and he went out of his way to find me a specific bolt to fit into my spare because if not i would have failed. He could have easily failed my car but he didn’t and i appreciated the effort and time he took for me to pass my wof. Extra $10 but i didn’t mind at all super happy as this is my first time passing my wof straight away with no issues you’ve got yourself a customer for life THANK YOU !!!”
