Probably the first positive experience I’ve ever had at a mechanics. Failed my WOF at VTNZ due to brake imbalance. Took it in to the guys at Mairangi and after a while I get a call to say they checked it over and there is nothing wrong with my brakes at all and they even took it down to the road to a brake place to confirm. Told me I don’t need to fix anything and also didn’t charge me at all to look at it. Super honest guys and extremely nice. I’d recommend them any day and I will be back in the future.
Was in for a service today. They were honest and precise with the waiting time, carried out the service and text me when it was ready. Within a couple of hours I was back at the garage. Friendly and informative when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend and will be back myself.
Been with these guys for 5 years staff are really awesome and easy. WOF general services and stuff did it with them all for the past years. They’re awesome top service I would highly recommend. Kudos to the guys!

I got a general service done for my Audi a4. The overall experience wasn't bad. The guys were pretty professional and friendly. However, they missed on updating the car computer to show the next service due.
Amazing service and WOF by the team, all done and passed in 1.5 hours. Very friendly team and they have windshield wipers for about $15 if you want them replaced for you. Really did a good job and they let you know things to keep an eye on like tire tread and brakes. Well worth paying a bit more to go to a great place like this if you love your car like I do ;) .
