   It's my third time going to Alan's Service Centre, and they've always been highly professional. I was advised by another shop to scrap my car, when I brought it here they diagnosed it as a different problem and solved the issue in one day. My car has been running great ever since. I highly recommend them as one of the most trustworthy mechanics that deliver high quality services at fair prices.

   I know he has a lot of good reviews hence why I came here trying to find a trustworthy and relatively cheap mechanics, but I felt as if they were trying to rip me off. I came in to get a WOF done and failed, one of the reasons were due to my rear tyres, when asked I was not given an explanation as to why they needed to be replaced, I only asked because 6 months prior I had gotten new ones from Tonys, I was just told they needed to be changed. I ended up going to Drivesure in Takanini and paying the little extra money and it passed no issues, I asked the men there if there was an issue with the tyres and they said "no we are unsure why they would pass that as a fail" as a woman trying to find honest mechanics I thought I'd post my experience just in case, the staff were accommodating, quick and nice but for this reason I would not come back.

   Location is the first positive about this place, as its a short distance from me. However, I keep going back because of the honest service. I'm clueless when it comes to cars, but Alan takes the time to explain it clearly. I go there for all things cars and have been doing so for almost 2 years now.

   My new go-to. Just seem to get a really good vibe connection with the bro Alan straight away. Seems to be straight up front about work needed without the bs hustle part like other places I've been to. Prices are reasonable, fair, and somewhat actually cheapest I've had of comparing. I like that it's not too far from the mall and other food stores for convenience if waiting around tends to be a tad long. Overall, it's a place I'll be staying with at this point and time.
