   Outstanding Experience! Called Bridgestone this morning and explained that I had a potential puncture. Brandon (Store Manager) said to pop down and leave it with him. Upon arrival I completed details and left the vehicle with him. Within an hour, I receive a message on my mobile from Rob with a video explaining and showing me what they have found to be the problem and the process by which that they would remedy it. Rob also mentioned that they would check and top up all tyre pressures! This was very impressive to me! Thank you Rob! Thank you Brandon for accommodating me at such short notice with a welcoming friendly smile and great customer service to go with it...given how busy you and the team with Christmas a 3 days away! Highly recommend these guys! Thank you again and have a Merry Christmas

   Walked into Bridgestone Quay Street and immediately saw Sean in action — helping a customer and closing a solid sale on the spot. As soon as he finished, he checked on me straight away and had my puncture repair sorted without any delay. Even though my job was small and simple, it genuinely felt like they dropped everything to help me. Brandon was extremely friendly, and I really enjoyed his banter and the way he explained everything. Sean’s knowledge was just as impressive. Both of them made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Outstanding service from two absolute professionals. Highly recommend this team.

   I visited Bridgestone in an emergency after my tyre went flat while I was in mid of work. The manager, Mr. Brandon was incredibly polite and reassuring. He helped me right away and Jim who fixed the tyre did an amazing job. They got everything sorted much faster than I expected. The customer service here is truly outstanding not just towards me but towards everyone who walked in. I even noticed other customers leaving with the same level of satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team for being so supportive during a stressful moment. Highly recommend!

   Fantastic experience. Brought in my Tesla today for a wheel rotation. I expected to need to teach the employees how to safely lift an EV. However, the manager was extremely well informed and knew exactly how to work on the car, including having the special jack pads. The friendly staff made the visit a pleasure as well as informative. Definitely will be coming back.

   The staff here have always been extremely helpful, informative and quick in assisting with any tyre maintenance, repair or really any issues I've had. We bring in several cars a month for tyre replacement, wheel alignments, punctures, the works. Each time I've been able to leave the car in their hands and had a solution that fit the budget and timeframe needed for the vehicle. It makes my job a lot easier knowing I can trust these guys to get the job done well and on time. That's all I ask. The branch manager is exceptional and the young staff around him work really hard to meet the high expectations that are set. We have not had a bad experience yet. Highly recommend.
