“During the holiday before Christmas, while traveling in New Zealand, I discovered this hidden-gem café in Auckland. The space is simple, bright, and clean, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. What I have to recommend most is the portion size — generous and absolutely worth the price. It’s far better than those cafés where you pay a lot and still leave hungry. If you’re traveling and happen to be hungry, make sure you stop by this café.”

“It says Level 7 in the address, but you just go up two lots of escalators in the PWC Building to an open area where the Cafe is located. Lots of seating and the coffee is great. It's a good place for casual and business catch up, as it is centrally located and adjacent to Commercial Bay complex”

“We place a weekly order for desserts and everything is always fresh and delicious. The desserts last quite some time in the refrigerator as well.”

“Just stopped by for coffee but was enticed by the lovely food in the cabinet. Got a brioche instead to go with my coffee which I found exceptional. It’s a small cozy place with very nice ambiance. I could not help noticing the steady stream of people stopping by for coffee or baked products to go. Staff were vibrant and friendly which is always a plus in a hospitality setting. Will definitely be a “go to” place for me from now on.”

“We had a 50th birthday bash at Lilyworld cafe. Ordered platters and reserved some tables and watched the rugby. The service was on point and Ben was always on hand with any help and serving the food. All our guests enjoyed it so much and promised to return. The food was great! Some ordered meals and were very happy with the portions and prices. Its a great vibe there and also fun for the kids. Will definitely recommend and return. Thanks Leon, Ben and the team!”

“We had a Christmas get-together at Olea Café on 6th December, and we really enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent, with warm and welcoming hospitality throughout the event. “Great lunch spot right by Kmart. The interior is very nice and felt comfortable even if they are busy. The cabinet selection was great and very enticing, and it was absolutely worth it as we tried their caramel slice which had a great balance of sweetness and texture. The classic eggs Benedict was great too and was equally impressed with the portion size for the corn fritters. Update: tried the cabinet food and was not surprised that it was good too. Fairly complex flavour for cabinet food and I especially enjoyed the chilli scramble bap. Will definitely be keen to come back and try more of the menu.”

“Enjoyed a breakfast here on a Monday morning in an outdoor seating overlooking Oneroa township. Monday is a relatively quiet day on Waiheke without the weekend xrowds. The menu for breakfast and brunch was reasonably comprehensive and well priced. The restaurant was busy and frequented by locals which was a good sign”

The hollandaise sauce tastes amazing and I was very impressed with the hash brown - the eggs and bacon were also done to perfection. And the presentation was very pretty. “This cafe was recommended to us by a family member for superb salmon bagels. Boy were we not disappointed. I prefer cooked salmon and nothing was too much bother to lightly grill the smoked salmon. It was amazing and very generous. All our table loved everything they had, fettuccine, blat, gf french toast and two salmon bagels. We loved to cafe, friendly, wonderful ambience. “Surprising night in Habibi Cafe, I live 45 minutes away from the city, it’s the only cafe/shisha open 24/7, came to buy some tobacco, the owner generously asked if I would like to join him smoking, with out hesitation I said YES, staff are very nice and welcoming, recommend 110% Will be coming more often. “Best breakfast i have had in awhile at a cafe. Im the kind of gal that loves baked beans, mushrooms and hash browns. The hash brown tower was excellent and worth every dollar especially for the portion size. Coffees were very good and the customer service is very friendly. Highly recommend you go and pay a visit to this cafe. Thanks for breakfast guys. We will definitely be coming back.”
