   Omg! I would give them more stars if I could! The chicken rice plate was amazing!!! The chicken souvlaki rice plate, which had a bit of a kick, was just as nice! The food was fresh and very tasty. The staff were all friendly. We were on vacation and stayed in Mairangi Bay for 3 nights. We tried a few others spots but we kept going back to Bay Cafe and Kebab. We dined there 4 times!!!So delicious!!!

   Chichen on Rice is a good choice. Its yummy and balanced. They provide knives and forks for rice but i think adding some spoons will be better (i assume you can ask for spoons). One of the staff is very warmhearted. She packed our food when she found we changed our mind and want to take away. Smoke is big. Sitting Outside is a better choice. the environment around the cafe is cozy. free newspapers available to read.

   I was in a rush and I called them first to ask them to cook my food in advance before I arrive. They accommodated me well. When I ordered, I asked for the sauces on the side. Due to a miscommunication between the staff, they put the sauce on my food! I called about the issue, and they immediately apologized, explained the situation and offered to remake the food for me. I appreciate them caring about the satisfaction of their customers. The food was good.
