   Always helpful, the guys in the yard don't walk past you, the shop gets alittle busy for impatient me. Junior Ka is our fantastic Rep The branch network is really helpful, where ever you work they have a branch. Because the public aren't monopolising the stores Tradies can get in and out.

   The bloke in the front desk too busy reading a paper and not even bothered to server the customers. Perhaps train your staff for better customer service including welcoming and greeting customers would be good.
