Great place to go for a number of specialist timber panels that you can't find elsewhere. They even stock caravan wood panels for refurbishing a caravan. They specalise in wood grain look. They also have a cutting service available. Well worth a visit.
Hi Daniel, can you please get back to me text and email. The redoak you cut and sold us for our kitchen is turning black. See photos!! We need a fix!! We put the best hard wax oil on the plywood "osmosis". I think this is because during this time, you got flooded and there must have been a lot of moisture in your warehouse and has not dried out.. You might need to make an insurance claim on this as we need a fix, the blackening is spreading fast.
Horrible customer service, despite emailing them twice and calling them three time's to clarify the product ordered. They Delivered the wrong product, Had to arrange my own freight to return product, and get the correct order at my own expense. be alert when trading with this supplier, once you have paid them they don't really care.

Good experience buying things there. Staffs are nice and patience. I required a CNC cut there and it was quite good, precision and no need further sanding. Price are reasonable also. Definitety coming back for next DIY project.
