Such a lovely thank you card came with my order and the order was packaged and wrapped so beautifully. I would totally recommend to order from this company.
I like the quality of the things I ordered - I admit that. But nearly half a year later (!) I got contacted by DHL to pay some taxes (I ordered from the EU) which equals half of my order price. When I contacted Bibsandbobs customer support, they refused to pay this. This is not a great experience, and I don't recommend anyone to order outside of New Zealand.
