While I received cheaper quotes for an alignment from 5 different local providers he was the only one that diagnosed my car over the phone and offered a genuine solution, gave me his time of the day even while managing the shop solo with his junior staff. His inspection revealed I only needed a balance, saving me money. He also swapped my wheels and gave me a free inspection. That’s how you gain permanent customers. Highly highly highly recommended!”
